Legacy Sports Complex
Privacy Policy for Program Inquiries & SMS
Effective September 19, 2026
Scope
This policy explains how Legacy Sports Complex (“Legacy,” “we,” “us”) handles information submitted through our /get-started program inquiry form and information associated with our SMS program. It applies whether you select both text-message options, one option, or neither.
This policy supplements our general website Privacy Policy. For /get-started inquiry information and SMS program information, this policy controls if the general Privacy Policy conflicts with it. In particular, general permissions concerning advertising, affiliates, event partners, business transfers, or disclosures with permission do not override the mobile-information and SMS-consent restrictions below. Our general Privacy Policy continues to describe other website activities.
Information We Collect
We collect the adult contact name, email address, phone number, role, location interest, and any optional athlete age group provided through the inquiry form. We also record the separate service and marketing SMS choices, both consent disclosures presented, the disclosure version, submission time, source page, and a submission identifier.
The website and its providers may process technical information, such as IP address and browser information, to operate and protect the service. Our general Privacy Policy describes the website's broader cookies and analytics practices.
How We Use Information
We use inquiry information to respond to requests, help identify appropriate programs and locations, maintain inquiry records, and document communication preferences. If you opt in to texting, we use your information to administer the message categories you selected. Providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, grant SMS permission.
Text-Message Choices
You may separately choose:
- Service messages about your inquiry, requested trial or evaluation scheduling, appointment reminders, and enrollment or service updates.
- Recurring marketing messages about training programs, camps, events, offers, and enrollment opportunities, including messages sent using automated technology.
Both choices are optional. You may submit an inquiry and purchase services without agreeing to text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
Mobile Information and SMS Consent
We do not sell or rent mobile information or SMS consent records. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared for another party's messaging program.
We disclose this information only to service providers processing it on our behalf as necessary to operate and deliver our inquiry and messaging services, and when disclosure is legally required. These providers are not authorized to use it for independent marketing. A business transaction does not by itself authorize a new sender to use your SMS consent.
Service Providers
We use service providers to receive and manage inquiries and maintain related records, including GoDaddy Inbox for this inquiry form. The mobile-information and SMS-consent restrictions above apply to those providers.
Adults and Youth Participants
Legacy provides sports and training programs for children, teenagers, and adults. Youth participation in our programs is different from a child submitting personal information online.
Our /get-started form and SMS subscriptions are for adults age 18 or older. For athletes under 18, a parent or legal guardian must submit the inquiry using the adult's own contact information. The form may collect an athlete's age group; it does not request the athlete's name, date of birth, phone number, or email address. Minors may not subscribe themselves to this SMS program.
If you believe a child submitted personal information directly through this form, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion or obtaining any legally required parental consent. Parents or guardians may also request review, correction, or deletion of information they provided about an athlete, subject to identity verification and applicable requirements.
Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect inquiry information and consent records. No information system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, administer communication preferences, document consent or withdrawal, and meet applicable legal obligations.
You may contact us about access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable requirements.
Contact and Choices
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the SMS program or HELP for assistance. You may also call Legacy Sports Complex at 678-541-5054 or use our Contact page for assistance, privacy requests, or requests to stop text messages. Email preferences and SMS preferences are separate.
Policy Changes
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes to this policy do not by themselves grant new SMS permissions.
