Program and Eligibility

Legacy Sports Complex offers optional service and marketing text messages related to its sports and training programs. Subscribers must be age 18 or older and provide a number they own or are authorized to use. Parents or legal guardians must use their own contact information for inquiries about athletes under 18.

These terms govern this SMS program. They supplement the website's general Terms of Use and control if those general terms conflict concerning SMS consent or participation. Website use or acceptance of general terms alone does not provide SMS permission.

How to Opt In

Visit /get-started, provide your contact information, and select either or both optional SMS checkboxes before submitting. The service and marketing choices are separate and unchecked by default. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you.

Message Types

Service messages concern your inquiry, requested trial or evaluation scheduling, appointment reminders, and enrollment or service updates.

Marketing messages concern training programs, camps, events, offers, and enrollment opportunities. Marketing messages may be recurring and sent using automated technology.

Optional Participation

Neither SMS option is required to submit an inquiry or purchase goods or services. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Selecting one option does not authorize the other.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies according to your selected options, requests, and program activity. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for information about your plan.

Stopping Messages

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from this SMS program. We will send one confirmation and stop further program texts. You may also request that texts stop by calling 678-541-5054 or contacting us through our Contact page. We honor other clear requests to stop. Unsubscribing does not cancel an appointment or membership.

To subscribe again, complete the published opt-in process. An additional recipient action may be required to remove a carrier-level messaging block.

Delivery and Number Changes

Message delivery depends on your wireless network and other factors. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please notify us if you stop using your subscribed number.
